By accessing this website (the “Site”) or booking a free consultation, you agree to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the services described on it.

2. Services described on this page

The Site describes Scale Clinic's done-for-you telemedicine clinic build. Specific deliverables, pricing, guarantees and timelines are governed by a separate written agreement signed after a consultation. Nothing on this page is a binding offer of services.

3. Not medical care

The Site describes a business opportunity. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and using it does not create a physician–patient relationship. See our Medical Disclaimer.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to book a consultation or engage Scale Clinic. You may not use the Site if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the booking flow (including spam, bots or fake bookings).
• Reverse-engineer, scrape or copy substantial portions of the Site.
• Submit information that is false, misleading or not yours to share.
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

6. Intellectual property

The Site, its design, copy, graphics and code are owned by Scale Clinic or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Earnings, results and testimonials

8. Third-party services and data

The Site references and integrates with third-party services (for example scheduling providers) and presents third-party market data. We are not responsible for those services' content, terms or availability, and market figures are third-party projections, not forecasts of any business's results.
