1. Who we are

Scale Clinic (“Scale Clinic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and the related free consultation booking flow. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect three categories of information:

  • Information you give us directly when you book a free consultation: your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide on the qualification questions (for example your role, budget and launch timeline).
  • Information collected automatically when you use the site: IP address, device and browser type, referring URL, campaign parameters (such as UTM tags), pages viewed and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies for this.
  • Information from third parties, such as our scheduling provider and analytics and advertising platforms, which may share aggregated or event-level data with us.

3. How we use information

  • To schedule, confirm and follow up on consultations.
  • To respond to your questions and provide information about our services.
  • To improve the site, the booking flow and our services, and to measure our advertising.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect against fraud or abuse.
  • To send you operational messages (such as a booking confirmation) and, only with your consent, occasional informational emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information only with: (a) service providers who help us run the site, for example our scheduling and booking provider, our hosting provider (Vercel), email delivery, and analytics and advertising tools, each receiving only the data needed for its function and bound by confidentiality terms; (b) regulators, courts or authorities when required by law; and (c) successors in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Cookies and advertising

We use first-party and third-party cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences, understand traffic and measure marketing performance. These may include Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, which let us see which ads lead to a booking. The booking widget sets its own cookies (session, anti-spam and fraud prevention) when you use it. You can disable cookies in your browser, and manage ad personalisation in your Google and Meta account settings; some site features may stop working as a result.

6. Health information

This website is for business inquiries from people interested in launching a telemedicine clinic. We do not collect patient health information through it, and it is not a way to request medical care.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 12.

8. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Booking-flow data is typically kept for 24 months unless a longer period is required.

9. Security

We rely on the security controls of our providers, which use encryption in transit (TLS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach affects you, we will notify you in line with applicable law.

10. Children

This site and our services are aimed at adults considering a business investment. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

11. International transfers

The site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the site, you consent to that transfer.

12. Contact

Questions about this policy? Contact us through the free consultation booking on this website and we will respond.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
