3. The 90-day guarantee

If we do not help you generate your first client within the first 90 days, we refund all costs incurred, including onboarding and business setup fees. The guarantee is subject to qualifying criteria and conditions disclosed on your consultation and set out in the written agreement signed by both parties, which controls. Eligibility, what counts as a “first client,” refund methodology and timing are defined there.
